“Subscriptions” (bundle identifier com.kwarb.subskanri, the “App”) is a privacy-first iOS app that helps you keep track of your recurring subscriptions and their costs. Privacy is not an afterthought here — it is the way the App is built. This policy explains, in plain English, exactly what happens to your information. The short version: everything you enter stays on your device, the developer never sees it, and there is no account, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party analytics.
The App is provided by the developer operating under the name Veltra Foundry (the “developer,” “we,” or “us”), based in the Republic of Türkiye. You can reach us at any time at veltrafoundry@gmail.com. Because the App is designed so that your data never leaves your own devices and services, we act as a data controller only in a very limited sense — in practice, you are the one in control of your data.
The only information the App works with is the subscription information you choose to enter yourself, such as:
This is data you type in manually. The App does not import this information from anywhere. It does not read your emails, messages, receipts, photos, contacts, or any other content on your device.
The subscription details you enter are saved on your device, inside the App’s own private storage area (an App Group container shared between the App and its home-screen widget). Nothing about this storage requires an internet connection, and none of it is transmitted to the developer or to any third-party server. If you delete the App, this local data is removed with it.
If — and only if — you turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, your subscription data is synced across the other devices signed in to your own Apple ID, using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage. Please note the following:
In other words, enabling sync moves your data between your own devices through your own Apple account; it does not send anything to us.
So the App can display combined totals in a single currency of your choice, it downloads public currency-exchange rates from a third-party provider, open.er-api.com. What you should know:
The App can remind you before a subscription is billed and before a free trial ends, so you are not caught out by an automatic renewal. These reminders are scheduled entirely on your device as local notifications. No data is sent to any server to deliver them, and no push-notification service is used. Notifications only appear if you grant notification permission and keep reminders enabled; you can disable them at any time in the App’s Settings or in your device’s system settings.
The App offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (“Premium”) that unlocks premium features. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Payment and billing information is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy; the developer never receives your card number or payment details. To confirm your purchase and restore it on your other devices, the App checks your purchase entitlement with Apple — this exchange takes place between your device and Apple, and contains no data beyond what Apple needs to verify the purchase.
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In any case, the App collects no personal information from anyone and stores everything locally.
Data-protection laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, export (port), delete, and object to the processing of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Because the developer holds no copy of your data, we have nothing to access, port, correct, or erase on your behalf. If you nonetheless have a privacy request or question, contact us at veltrafoundry@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep it there. You control retention entirely: delete an entry, or delete the App, and the corresponding local data is gone. The developer retains no personal data because it never receives any.
The App is available in English and is fully localized into Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, Brazilian Portuguese, Thai, and Vietnamese. Regardless of where you use it, the same principle applies everywhere: your data stays on your own device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud.
