Ezquita is a quit-smoking tracker that helps you stop smoking and follow your recovery. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app does and does not collect. No account, sign-in, or login is required to use Ezquita.
Your quit data — including your quit date, logged cravings, notes, coping plans, savings goals, and earned badges — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is synced through your own private iCloud account (Apple's iCloud) so it stays available across your devices. The developer cannot see or access this data.
If you grant permission, the app writes your in-app breathing sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, and may read your resting heart rate to show recovery progress. This information stays in Apple Health on your device and is never sent to the developer.
To manage Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. When you view or make a purchase, RevenueCat processes:
This data is used only to deliver and restore your Premium entitlement and to understand purchase performance in aggregate. It is linked to an anonymous ID (not your name or email) and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. You can review RevenueCat's own privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple processes the actual payment; the developer never receives your card details.
Reminders and support notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).
You can disable iCloud sync, revoke Health access in Settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store. Deleting the app removes local data from your device.
